We went to 3 others stores and the service was horrible but this store went beyond. Thank you, Tanya, for your excellent service. You have my vote for a promotion to store manager or area district manager.

Tanya at the Goodyear location was instantly very graceful and patient with me. I mostly just explained my situation and she did all the necessary procedures. I, along with my girls was very satisfied with Tanya's customer service and support. Thank you Metro PCS. We've been with you since 2005.
