They didn't have what I went in the store for but I did purchase an item. The customer service was really great. I didn't get the representative name but He was very nice, very friendly offered great suggestions, He walked me to the areas as opposed to pointing saying over there.

Lisa manages the framing department. Even though I only had a small job (I was worried that it might be a bigger task and leaving it for a day or 2), she knew exactly how to do the work in just several minutes. She was capable, fun to talk to, and I was more than happy with the cost. Who does that anymore ?!?

I needed a mural framed they actually had the size frame I needed, The woman there was so incredibly helpful she measured to make sure it would fit and then she offered to put it in the frame for me! Thank you so much, she truly went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated it! One of the many reasons I go to Michael's!
