Just be patient with them as they are a smaller shop. I will say with the Traxxas XRT I have, they have everything I need when I break it! “I sure do enjoy going to Hobby Lobby. I can't wait until ours is complete in Surprise, AZ. Huge store with crafts, seasonal and home decore, toys and more. Great place for house warming gifts. This year they had two art pieces that spoke to my girls and I. 50 percent off! Toys and kids crafts usually aren't, but the seasonal items always have a deal. We went on a Friday and I purchased one piece of art. I went back on the following Tuesday as I just had to get the other. Warning!!! If you see something you really like get it! Less than 4 days most all of their Christmas decor was gone! They had tons. Note also to shop early before many take vacation as everything disappears fast! They had one left of the deer art I liked. I purchased it with a damaged paper back which you don't see when hung anyway. I was able to get a damaged discount. Clean store. So much to look at. Items you can't find anywhere else. Such a fun place!”

“The service was great , But AL the guy who worked there was super informative, very nice and helped us get our Christmas tree. He was just about to get off work and he took the time to explain the tree , how to set it up . And even wrapped it up in the original box. He even helped me load it and sign up to become a member. I will definitely be coming to this Michaels more often. Thank you again AL”

“I saved a Titanic newspaper and was going to try to frame it myself, but that did not work, and I have used Michaels before to mat and frame several other prints. I am waiting to receive it but I know that they will do a fantastic job as before! If you have any type of collectible and you need a frame for it, I would definitely recommend Michael's to do it for you! And they can fit what you want into your own budget!”

I called when I placed my order to ensure I'd receive it that day, and I was called back within the hour and informed my order was ready.I've interacted with Dustin a few times. He gave me invaluable advice about the new Steam Deck (new to me) I picked up that day. Freya helped me with my pick up initially. She's very polite, friendly, and customer-centered. I had a very pleasant experience thanks to both of them. I love that she pointed out items related to a character I mentioned. She also knew where everything was, and I appreciated her sense of humor and personality. I felt at ease and welcome, which is usually a challenge for me due to my anxiety.The store is well organized, clean, and welcoming because Dustin obviously leads by example. As someone who's been in retail for the last 22 years (half of that time in management), I'm very impressed at the high level of service and attention to detail.
