“Walgreens was backordered on an inhaler my kid needed desperately. After calling multiple other pharmacies to see if I could get his prescription transferred and filled quicker and almost losing hope dealing with recorded lines or people who seem to not care about your problems....I stumbled upon this pharmacy and got top notch care and customer service from somewhere I honestly least expected it. Bryce confirmed he had the medicine I needed, worked with Walgreens to facilitate the transfer, and had it ready in about 20 minutes...all when they were due to close within the hour. There's still good people and good service out there, they're just hard to find!”

“This is one of the nicest Walmarts in the area. It isn't a full one like Rancho Santa Fe. I understand why they lock some stuff up, it doesn't bother me. I also don't have to get inspected like I stole something when I leave, I can shop in peace, everything is clean, organized, check out isn't a mile long, it takes me less than a minute or two. I've read other reviews about being profiled, but I'm a heavily tattooed Mexican, I've never had an issue here, so hopefully that doesn't ever happen. Definitely like this Walmart, especially being autistic it wasn't nearly as loud as the other locations, lights weren't bright either
either. Nice.
Update: I guess they do racial profiling in the area. There was just an incident yesterday at the Whataburger across the street where the manager called the police on paying customers because she assumed they had something to do with the protests at the high school which is odd given these adults were in their late 30s. The police had to make the manager return the money, weird but sad.”

“By far this pharmacy is the best. They are friendly and do what it takes to fill your Rx. If there's any issue it's more than likely not because of them.We have found that sometimes they are crazy busy and there's nothing they can do except hire more people.The only problem I have is the app. It may as well be in a foreign language. -5 ☆☆☆☆☆”
“Visiting this location over 18 years. Mainly in the middle of the night when over the counter medicine is needed. I wish more locations were open 24 hours like this one. Always helpful employees. I like their store brand that offers better dye free and non artificial sweetened medicines options. I also appreciate Walgreens offering natural remedy alternative products as well.Always fun browsing the seasonal section, toys and Hallmark card section. They always have deals going. They even offer online shopping and shipping! I have used it to get hard to find items before they are gone.”

“The service at that 1515 N Litchfield rd. Goodyear AZ is wonderful. Fast friendly service by all employees and they don't use the excuses like we're 3 weeks behind due to Covid-19, there's always a long line of pharmacy lines waiting to pick up prescriptions, there's no personal encounter, I asked why this was there response was we're to busy to bother with that. I pick up 10 to 15 prescriptions a month. It was like give ur money and leave this encounter was at 995 a cotton ln. Goodyear AZ which is why I drive out of my way to use1515 Litchfield Rd. Goodyear”

“Overall, it was an easy and quick visit/experience with this pharmacy. Was expecting a bad experience given all the recent reviews, but we arrived a few minutes after leaving Urgent Care, and they had our prescriptions ready a couple minutes upon arrival. The most troublesome and awkward part of the entire interaction is CVS pushing their advertisements and promotions program unto you when trying to sign for the prescriptions.”

“Visiting here. And the best way to assess a grocery store is first can you find everything EASILY. The answer is YES. Clear and bright signs. The lighting is super bright (not dingy) so you can clearly see down the aisles. The aisles were clear of junk. There were plenty of cashiers when we were checking out. We were in and out in no time and had everything we wanted.”
“Excellent pharmacy. We've known the pharmacists for close to 20 years. They know us by name, they know our medications, and they remind us when our vaccines are due. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I had a tooth infection that required antibiotics and pain pills. My dentist forgot to send the prescription to fry’s, which I found out after calling the pharmacy and asking the robot that answered to speak to the pharmacy. Called my dentist office and they sent the prescription over. I waited an hour and then called the pharmacy again to make sure I could get it that evening since I was in terrible pain. Person I spoke to was very kind and understanding and said it would be ready in 30 mins. Fifteen mins later I get a text saying it’s ready. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate being able to talk to an actual human in the pharmacy and that they CARED enough and helped me get the medication I desperately needed. They were also awesome when I went to pick it up. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency and I will go here again if I ever need another prescription. Thank you staff!”
“Outstanding Service at Walgreens Pharmacy — Huge Shoutout to Nathaniel!
I have to give a huge shoutout to the Walgreens Pharmacy on Estrella Parkway in Goodyear, especially Mr. Nathaniel, the pharmacist. This past week I was extremely sick and ended up visiting their drive-thru four different times, and every single time Nathaniel went above and beyond to help me.
He is hands-down one of the best pharmacists I’ve ever interacted with. He explains everything clearly and in great detail, always making sure I understand every medication, dosage, and side effect. My doctor had me try different medications throughout the week, and nothing was really helping. But Nathaniel took the time to walk me through everything, answer all my questions, and ensure I was taking my prescriptions correctly and safely.
His kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a huge difference during a really difficult week. He checked on me each time I came back, remembered my situation, and truly made me feel supported. He is friendly, humble, down-to-earth, and incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly, in my opinion, this pharmacy runs because of him.
This Walgreens also has everything you need inside the store, but I personally love the convenience of their drive-thru — it’s always smooth and easy. Thanks to Nathaniel, this is officially my go-to pharmacy from now on.

“It’s hard to find good customer service these days. Today, I walked into Walgreens frustrated because I had trouble getting a picture printed. Tino immediately stepped up and saved the day. He walked my mom and I through the printing process, and when we had technical difficulties, he was patient and caring. With some trial and error, we got the picture printed.”

Alicia at CVS Pharmacy in Avondale, AZ is a hero!
After Southwest Gastroenterology botched my colonoscopy prep prescription 3 times in one day (forcing 3 round trips), I showed up at CVS stressed and frustrated. Alicia discovered her store was out of stock, but instead of sending me away, she quickly found another nearby CVS that had it — saving me hours of driving (I live 34 miles out of town).
