Great customer service although it took them a bit to find my package. I got there right at 8 am when they opened and they were ready to go. I did like that they have a dedicated parking lot just for the customers since this is a UPS hub, there are hundreds of cars. Glad to have them on the West side.

Kind of rude, refuse to take responsibility on behalf of the company, and lazy. UNDERSTAND, it is your job to keep track of these packages. Pretty sure policy isn't we have too many boxes to keep track of, too bad for my box. Sick and tired of this ups hub losing packages.

Long story, but some issues with delivery to the wrong address. However the staff here were helpful identifying which wrong address my stuff was delivered to.

Visit UPS Customer Center in GOODYEAR, a self-service location to drop off pre-packaged pre-labeled shipments, create a new shipment using a self-service kiosk, print mobile shipping labels, and utilize Hold for Pick Up services. Usually located on-site at UPS distribution or operation facilities.
