After calling several phone numbers and visiting the UPS Store as well as my local hub, despite the hub having permanently closed its public office, I discovered only from the employee at the hub that my package had gone missing in Goodyear. He informed me that this happens often at this facility, as it’s the largest in the state and uses a high speed conveyer system and lasers to sort things. I still fail to understand how these packages that get “stuck” are never found. They can’t just vanish, so I feel like something shady is happening at this location.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My package wasn't delivered on time by the driver, and when I called to find out about my package, the workers at this location put in time to find it. And make sure I was able to get it ASAP. Sure, I wasn't happy about it not being delivered on time, but the help I received and the courtesy I was given more than made up for it.

Second time a really expensive package is received by this hub then lost. Obviously this hub has issues, and they are absolutely useless when it comes to responding to claims.

Today marks the third package to arrive at this facility and end up 'damaged'. After reading several other reviews, it's clear this hub needs to be shut down because losing and damaging so many expensive orders, seems very suspicious. At this point, I find it very hard to believe these are accidents and not staff stealing people's packages.

Worst hub, this is the third package that got “lost” the worst part about it is they keep moving the delivery date so the shipper won’t file a claim. I’ve had $3500 in packages “disappear” at this facility. I’ll never use UPS again.

Complete and utter disgrace of an alleged shipping facility. Delay after delay after delay. No response or answers to my questions. Have had a high value package “lost” after arriving at this hub once before and now after this incompetence, I had no choice but to leave a bad review. This place needs to be gutted from the inside out. Look at ALL the reviews, I’m clearly not the only one.

Are they all incompetent. Trying for 2 days to have a pkg delivered to my house that is addressed for elsewhere. After talking to 3 different employees to get pkg picked up I get a call asking if I'm the person whose name is on the pkg. . No communication skills, no listening skills. Where is your pkg. Who knows

I would give zero stars if possible. Failure to deliver packages to our home. The reasoning is undeliverable, when fed ex, previously ups, Amazon as well as others deliver to our area weekly. Resulting in several much needed items being returned to sellers. I was told packages cannot be picked up from the facility when I offered. What is the solution?

I ordered something which was shipping from Goodyear, AZ to Laveen, AZ (19 miles) arrived at the Goodyear facility on the 22nd and after speaking to four different people, 2 of which directly at the distribution Hub. Al at the Hub informed me at 8pm on the 23rd the package would absolutely be put on a truck and out for delivery today, the 24th, and provided me a phone number to call after 9 am to get a time for delivery. When asked why it hadn't already been placed on a truck, Al refused to answer.
I called that phone number this morning, and Susan informed me she doesn't know where my package is in their facility, and I need to have the sender file a claim. Susan offered no other assistance to even attempt to locate the package within their facility.
The only helpful person in this full process was Ana in UPS corporate customer service.

We just moved to AZ and in less than two weeks, I have had two packages go “missing” at the Goodyear facility. One package has been sitting in the Goodyear facility since 7/11. After over a week of delays and it not being delivered, the shipper of one package finally relented to send me a new order. This particular package is being “investigated” by UPS. Another package arrived at this UPS hub location on 7/18, and it appears to have gone missing after a “weather delay” last week. All that to say, this has been a super disappointing experience.
Management at UPS or the local police need to investigate this plant. Years ago, similar activity was happening at the Newark Airport where luggage was going “missing” or let’s call it what it really was, luggage being STOLEN. My guess is, you have bad actors, obviously it’s not all of the employees here, but something nefarious is going on. Just read the Google reviews, lots of packages are going missing, some are very high value. People can easily figure out who is the shipper/seller by just reading a label on the box.
Update: we have another package that’s appeared to have gone missing here. The package from 7/11/24, which I mentioned above, we’ve still never received. UPS closed the investigation into the missing package because they needed the content information, which by the way, the shipper told them what it was to open the inquiry. The package from 7/18, we did get but it was delivered over a week late.
Update 2: I have another package that’s gone missing here. The package arrived on 9/3/24, today is 9/6, and the delivery date went from 9/4 to pending.
Update 3: another package lost due this facility. They received my Amazon package on 04/18/25, it was supposed to be delivered Monday, April 21, but it’s still “processing” and MIA.

This is the closest hub I found to Meyer, I got caught in severe weather on a motorcycle near Meyer AZ, unfortunately my phone died as well. A very kind ups driver saw me and stopped to offer assistance. I was able to reach family for a ride. I just wanted to reach out and thank him. Unfortunately I was so cold I didn't think to get his name. The management may not be happy this driver stopped, but he is a life saver. It was snowing and freezing cold, I was unable to see the road and was in the middle of no place. Thank you UPS!
