Horrible. All my packages through Amazon got sent back . Said they attempted to deliver. Never even came in my neighborhood. Call several times to resolve the issue. Nothing was done . Tried to get ahold of someone ? and they all say the same thing . Put on hold to talk to a supervisor and was on hold forever . Customer service is gone way down hill. At least they could have done was resolved the issue . Now I have no packages and waiting for me to get my money back

My package was set to be delivered on Wednesday, but the delivery date changed to Friday, which was fine, but then on Friday, my package was moved from the facility closest to me to a farther facility, and I was then notified that my package was misplaced. So I called, and they told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would deliver my package the next day, but when I called today after I saw the delivery date change to the fourth, it took four phone calls and being on hold to finally be informed that the facility that has my package is closed and isn’t open until Monday, so now not only was my package late, but I was also misinformed about the dates (supposed to be today) my package was going to arrive. 0/5 do better UPS ?

Yup, high value package lost and stuck in transit past the delivery date.Update: Someone must be reading these because they found it and had it delivered today. I’m grateful, but I’d appreciate it more if they would’ve honored the 2-day shipping. Shipping was free for me but not for the shipper. However, the driver was nice and courteous despite everything, so a 3-star seems like a fair rating all things considered.

This UPS Facility is terrible. Every time I have a package that stops here it gets stuck here for days with tracking updates going back and forth between delayed and out for delivery all in the same day for days!! My home has fencing with gates around the entire front yard. Gates are open on days of deliveries but this UPS facility NEVER delivers when their tracking says it will be delivered. Twice now they've delivered late at night well after their 8pm deadline putting my items over the fence. Had I not taken my dog out before bedtime I'd never known that my rug was out there!! So frustrated with this place!!

Ups is insane they send an email saying they are delivering my package between 9am and 1pm it doesn't come so I call to ask where pkg is they say contact the person that shipped it ,he doesn't work for ups he paid ups to ship I gave ups the tracking # and they still tell me to contact my guy who shipped it to find out where it is which make sno sense UPS SUCKS worst delivery company ever they have no idea what they are doing

The phone number that shows on the UPS HUB website is actually a phone number of a UPS store that is located on the same street as the hub. So people please stop calling at this number.UPS HUB has no phone #. someone needs to fix this.

Beyond disappointed and disgusted at UPS’s inability to perform the service we trust and pay them for. My first-time shipping to my child away at college and the package makes it to a hub with no further updates. UPS requires me to speak to the UPS store I shipped it out of, where I am told they must file a claim with UPS and wait. The UPS store “cannot” call the hub Goodyear, AZ where it shows the package to be. I receive a call back informing me the package is lost with no regards to the importance or cost of the contents. No explanation to all of my questions, no one who I can speak with that has any authority to help me or make it right. It’s unfortunate that this is what the business has come to, a complete lack of customer service or care for people’s trust in shipping personal, sentimental belongings with their company. I am at a complete loss… most definitely spreading the word so people don’t entrust their shipments with UPS.

Spent $3800 on an item all for them to go oops we lost it. In the tracking it went from shipped - in transit - received - out for delivery to back into transit. No one there at the customer service center or on the phone when you call has any answered for you. The phone number is some Indian/call center that has no clue about anything. And in person the customer service center, they don’t know anything either (you can tell they don’t care) and all they do is tell you to call - talk to a bot and file your claim online. After loosing my package they submitted for a $100 claim refund. I want my package!! The refund all that tells me is that they didn’t look for it. What a sorry process and excuse for a company and I strongly encourage anyone if you don’t have to don’t use ups in AZ!!!

Like so many others, packages arrive here and never arrive at my house. Third package from Lego that has either been "lost", or in this case the delivery address changed to a new address that wasn't mine 2hrs after arriving at the facility. Spent hours on the phone with corporate to fix it only to be told I couldn't change the delivery address. Needless to say, my $700 package was delivered to another address, and to rub salt in the wound, I even got the confirmation picture of it on their doorstep. This facility has a serious theft problem and I will never use UPS if I can help it.

Worst ups hub ever, my packages go missing from this facility all the time. Go clean out the corners, see what turns up. Customer service building adjacent to this building is not of any help at all, even when you're the only person there needing help.
