As he found the leak and patch my tire and save me money from buying a new tire. He open the door for me and delivered my car to me. “Took our van in for a routine tire balancing and rotation.
It was super easy to book the appointment online with less than a days notice.
Dropped van off a few minutes before my appointment.
The agent was very polite and courteous. He asked if I was going to wait in the lobby till the balancing and rotation was complete and I said I will go for a walk.
I asked how long will it approximately take and he told me 45 minutes and that they would text me when ready.
So I left for my walk and returned in 45 minutes and the van was ready to pick up as promised.
The best part is that the tires were originally purchased there so the balancing and rotation was all done at no charge.
How can you beat that!!!
I will definitely go back to purchase my next set of tires from them due to their amazing customer service.
