“I had spent a week looking for a replacement wheel and found one for $600. I couldn't justify paying so much since the roads in AZ have many potholes. I contacted many businesses but no one could locate a used wheel. A salvage yard referred me to AZ Tire repair. I called Mario at 9:30 am and he had been come by at 10am the very same day. Mario looked at the tire and showed my 2 areas that were bent and a crack. He fixed it in less than an hour. Excellent job, fast service and very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mario. He is very professional and stands by his work.”

“A few weeks ago, I had a "low tire pressure" light/sign appear. I had just gotten off work and drove to this location. They immediately got to work checking my tire pressure in all four tires, informed me that one of my rear tires split, and got me back on the road safely. All of the employees were friendly and professional and timely. I can't say enough good things about this location and their staff! “Always appreciate this neighborhood Big O Tire location. Shopped here for tires previously, but stopped by today just to have my air pressure checked. Went to a competitor not far from here yesterday, when I had a flat. They replaced the tire, but overinflated all four of my tires to 39 psi, when they should be at 32/33. They did this previously. That's why I am done, and will only really bring my business to this Big O going forward. I work hard for my money and time is precious, stick with these guys and they will treat you right.
