On my most recent visit, Caesar went above and beyond—he not only repaired the crack in my wheel but also sent a video to me once the wheel was off, showing me that it was bent and asked if I would like him to repair that as well to prevent further damage. He repaired the bends and also did an incredible job fixing my curb rash. My wheel looks brand new again! When I came to pick up my car the next day, I discovered he had balanced my tires too. “As someone who was GM of a High End Suspension Wheel & Tire shop close to twenty years ago in California I have had a difficult time finding a shop that had special technical skill in Mounting and balancing wheels.
Other shops did a pretty good job but was looking for someone who did the job as my crew did and when going to talk with Jack on my initial contact with him I thru out some technical terms and he KNEW exactly what I was referencing with nuance which you can only do if you have “Been there done that” skill set.
He matched mounted three of my wheels and sent me texts of the lateral run out/load force numbers (Which allowed me to geek out on that in the waiting room) just superb work in a old school way which is very hard to find now in any business sadly.
