“I recently joined ASCU. Today I needed to do a wire transfer, additionally I needed some documents notarized. I had the pleasure of working with the Assistant Branch Manager, Jonathan Smith. I needed a little guidance on my wire transfer. Jonathan was extremely helpful so as to ensure my wire transfer was accurate. As we approached the notary process I anticipated some sort of fee. To my surprise, Jonathan informed me that there was no charge, and I had three documents to be notarized. Jonathan also told me that ASCU offered free notary to anyone walking in the door, member or not provided they have proper identification. It’s clear that customer service is a priority at this branch. Bravo!”
