I have been customer with Wells Fargo since I was a freshman of high school because it was close to where I lived back then so i decided to get a bank account to put my money plus I could just walk there. I opened my very first checking and saving account then. The customer service was always good and show me how to build my credit and ects. My mom had her mortgage loan with Wells fargo and Jackie Atkins home mortgage consultant is always so helpful what my mom said. So I bought a house this May 2019 I usually shop around to see which interests rate is low. So I decided to give Wells Fargo a shot to see what they offer me and the rate is came out awesome 3.875 not what I expected i got approved easy with credit 760 on the other hand I shop my other bank which is BofA their home mortgage consultant was so rude I was like forget it I walked out and told him you just lost a customer. I decided to go with Wells Fargo and Jackie who helped me was very helpful and patient to me. Made a list of what I need to get qualify, and she always keep me post it. And now she's helping my uncle who just bought other house. Definitely recommend Wells Fargo Bank for buying a home or refinance make sure ask for Jackie Atkins.”
