“What a fantastic experience. I brought my mom in to change over to AT&T from another provider. Linda, Marco & Marcos (spelled correctly ?) from AT&T helped with a “work-around” until my mom’s other phone can get “unlocked” to complete the transfer of her number to the carrier. Excellent customer service. I’ve been a long time user of AT&T however she wasn’t. Now she knows what to expect as would any other customer. Keep up the good work.”
