Linda, Marco & Marcos (spelled correctly ?) from AT&T helped with a “work-around” until my mom’s other phone can get “unlocked” to complete the transfer of her number to the carrier. Excellent customer service. I’ve been a long time user of AT&T however she wasn’t. Now she knows what to expect as would any other customer. Keep up the good work.”

“I had the best experience at the Verizon store on Continental next to Safeway in Green Valley. I tried the Verizon store off Duval and had the worst experience that I almost gave up on Verizon! The guy, I don't know his name, was SO rude to me that I walked out and he told me to stay with AT&T! So, I stopped in at the Continental store and was treated like I truly mattered. The guys were excellent, and they showed so much respect and care for my needs. Specifically, Marco, George, JC, and Bernardo went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of! Everything was set up to perfection, and the patience they showed me was unlike anything I've experienced at any phone store. I recommend this store so highly that I'd like to give it ten stars! Please know that the manager, Bernardo, is exceptional at his job. JC was the one who set me up and did an impeccable job. The other two guys were manning the store while JC and Bernardo took care of my needs. I am so happy I switched from AT&T to Verizon solely because of them. Great job guys!”
