“We hadn't had good luck with groomers since we started wintering in Green Valley, and we tried a lot. I was very pleasantly surprised today when Niki took care of our little guy. To be fair, other times we had our dogs both bathed and trimmed and today we just went with the bath (and nails). Trimming is where issues have often occurred. But the attitude of staff and cleanliness of the salon have often been subpar elsewhere, and that was far from the case today. I give Niki two thumbs up for her kindness and understanding. We will definitely be back, and if all our experiences are as good as today, we have finally found our new groomer.”
