Had new tires installed on 2004 Thunderbird. Anna took great care of me. She helped me pick out the tires she felt were the best choice, and even got the price down a little. They did what was expected with no pressure for any other services. Highly recommend!!!

Was dissapointed there was no shuttle, then no tv to pass the 1 1/2 hour. The service rep was very nice.
