Very poor service. Do not trust the as they will sell you things you don't need or want. This especially applies to adding lines to your account. It was a very bad experience that required several hours to get resolved. At the same time my sibling accomplished the same transaction at a corporate store with no problems.

If you notice well, all these reviews are fake. The reps are giving themselves reviews because this store doesn’t have the capabilities of being sales reps.

This store and reps are garbage and they give themselves fake reviews using customers phones. If the rating was correct they would be below a star. They change things on accounts without consent and violate Verizon policies everyday. Then when you go back they act stupid and send people to the corporate store which is wrong to do. All issues should be fixed with those who created them. These reps take advantage of people for their pennies commission, that’s how much they think of the people they’re servicing. These people don’t have selling skills so they resort to be snakes and liars, sad sad people that will have karma catch up to them.

This guy is a professional and very knowledgeable one of the most knowledgeable people that I’ve ever met at Verizon. I appreciate the fact that you have employees like this servicing us in the field. It’s great to know that he hasn’t bilingual as well. Thank you very much people make a company and this is a keeper person Bernardo thank you.

The only thing this store excels at is manipulating customers into buying unnecessary products and phone service plans under the guise of “lower prices” and “bundled discounts.” Beware the Disney-loving teens behind the counter. You are better off using the Verizon website directly to avoid being inevitably swindled at this establishment. - Customer who was promised 40$/ month savings and ended up with a 60$/ month bill increase

Customer Service Representative: Pablo M., (Green Valley, AZ store), knows his job and it’s many technicalities. From the moment I walked in, he offered service. He listened to my needs and did NOT try to 'upsell me,' beyond my budget limit. He was patient while competing all transactions for my phone purchase and activation. I see management in his potential.

Well it's Verizon but the staff here is great and Pablo is amazing I walked in with a busted up phone all my fault and walk out with a great phone with case and everything and didn't raise my bill that's a win

RUN AWAY!! Do not be fooled by reviews posted too early!! Please do NOT review this store until you’ve gotten your first bill or two from Verizon!They pretend to offer amazing customer service and save you money. But they are complete scammers! They sell you on promises of a free device with paid service. By the time you get an invoice from Verizon which includes device payments (for your “free” device) 30 days has gone by and they tell you that the return window has closed. Oh and by the way if you think you can fix this by cancelling the service to the device and selling it, think again - you signed a service contract my friend.Not only have I been charged every single month for two devices that I was told would be free, I also have never gotten a device credit for the iPhone 11 Pro Max we turned in. They are not only scammers, but thieves too. Verizon states they have no record of this phone.We returned to the store after discovering all of these issues and were basically greeted with open arms. “Oh no! I didn’t realize… I must have put in the wrong code… So sorry, I’ll fix it now!” This was back in March - it is now October and nothing has changed. I’m still paying for my “free” devices and have never seen a device credit.Jessyca and the entire team are liars. When I was in the store the first time I overheard a sweet older man in there complaining of similar things. Shame on me… I chalked it up to him being confused. PREDATORY PRACTICES ARE THEIR BUSINESS MODEL!

Rene was extremely helpful in all respects. I had lost my phone, which was very old, so it was difficult to retrieve anything, and except for having read a New York Times article comparing cell phones, I was woefully uninformed to choose a new phone. Rene was very patient with my questions and confusions, and not only helped me select an appropriate phone package but also saved me a great deal of money.

I take the 5 star rating back. When I got home i found a charge on my credit card for 361.00. Thinking that that was a partial pymt on my new phone, I checked the bag and found the bill and a charge for a 10ft braided charging cord, a wall charger, a car charger and some kind of glass protection for 129.00. I'm very disappointed in Verizon! The sales person Rene could not have been more polite and attentive. I never would have bought any of this had I known it was on the bill. I'm a 78 year old senior citizen from Green Valley. I would hate to think Victra was taking advantage of seniors. I'm going to the store this morning to try and get a refund and explanation for what happened.
