I have been a personal and business customer of WF for 25 years. I just noticed on my statement that they are now charging for cash deposits! I think this is outrageous. Chase does not charge nor do other banks. I asked them to change the policy and they refused.

So done with this institution. Their ATM ate my card and would not return it. On top of that, after the extremely long wait times on the phone, their customer service is beyond sub par. I’ll be closing all of my accounts and moving funds to a more reliable and customer friendly institution. As a customer for 12 years I thought I’d be treated better, especially since it was not due to negligence.

Wells Fargo, in every branch, other than one I dealt with in California, yrs ago, has always treated me with courtesy and in a professional manner. Always responds quickly, when dealing with issues I've had. Green Valley branches, have been especially pleasant to deal with.

This is the most weird bank I ever treat I don't know since wen but they never answer the phone ,when I walk in looks like empty like nobody works there no office people working there no one ready to for attend you other then cashiers for people of you need something else. this just disappointed trying to call every day seems like somebody move the phone but they didn't say anything and don't want to answer the phone I don't know why but this is ridiculous This is the worst Wells Fargo I ever seen. And the worst thing is that is my Nearest the I have and is like 30 min Vail and Corona area only have this one. Definitely Have to change Banks!

We had a personal banker named Dean, who was opening a teen account for my daughter. And he was very unprofessional and was hitting on my 13 year old daughter, for some of the interaction. And he even made it a point to let us know he lived nearby us. Made us feel very uncomfortable and kept us there for an hour and 15 minutes. We wanted to just get out of there and didn’t try to stick around to speak to a manager.

I walked in today, just days after the gun incident at the nearby Walmart, and was asked to wait outside by myself since there were four people in the lobby. I am a young single woman and I didn't feel comfortable standing alone outside with large amounts of cash to deposit. This branch is obviously not put their customers' safety first. Disappointing and likely to switch banks due to this incident.

Wonderful bank with amazing staff! So glad to call this branch my bank. All the benefits of a big bank, but the team working here makes customers feel special. I would give this bank less than one star if I could. Worst customer service ever at a bank. I cannot believe they do not have a night drop for customers other than businesses.
