Tried calling to ask a question. Tried redirecting my call to their automated system, when I declined, it rang twice and hung up on me. Avoiding calls and not doing their job.

I have been a personal and business customer of WF for 25 years. I just noticed on my statement that they are now charging for cash deposits! I think this is outrageous. Chase does not charge nor do other banks. I asked them to change the policy and they refused.

Wells Fargo, in every branch, other than one I dealt with in California, yrs ago, has always treated me with courtesy and in a professional manner. Always responds quickly, when dealing with issues I've had. Green Valley branches, have been especially pleasant to deal with.
