“I had an excellent experience with Campus Body Salon repairing my Mustang Mach-E. The right rear aluminum door had a fairly significant dent and deep scraping, along with damage to the wheel-opening molding. I was a little apprehensive about how well the aluminum door could be repaired and, especially, whether the paint would match.
I shouldn't have worried. When I picked up the car, I inspected the repaired area carefully from different angles and in natural light, and I honestly couldn't tell where the damage had been. The door looks perfectly straight, the paint match and finish are excellent, and everything fits as it should. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work.
I also appreciated the way Campus handled the estimate and final bill. Some of the costs anticipated in the original estimate were ultimately not incurred, and rather than simply charging the estimated amount, the shop removed those charges.
Jon was straightforward and helpful. There were no unpleasant surprises. Most importantly, my Mach-E looks like it did before I damaged it—which is exactly what I hoped for.
I would definitely use Campus Body Salon again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“This was my second time using Caliber, and I’ve been happy each time. Their customer service is exceptional, and I truly appreciate how they work quickly without ever compromising the quality of the repair.
My advisor, Frank, was amazing. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and even managed to get my car back to me a day early.
The front‑desk staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She walked me through the insurance process and coordinated my rental with Enterprise. Once my paperwork was finished, she arranged for the Enterprise shuttle, which arrived within 10 minutes. Enterprise also had me in a rental right away.
The service all around was excellent. Caliber Collision really has their process dialed in. I highly recommend them and will definitely return if I ever need repairs again — though hopefully not anytime soon!

I was so impressed that I came back to have them do a pre-purchase inspection on my next car. The Carfax showed prior damage but gave no details, so I had them take a look. “I started using him because 2 people I trust both mentioned him, his quality work and good prices. Ive used him before but am really impressed this time. He is absolutely fair, works with me. He is busy because he is so good: but he is transparent with it and works on it when he said he will. Last week my car died. They said they wouldnt be able to get to it till Tuesday. I got it to them monday. And sure enough Tuesday it was fixed. It was even cheaper than what he quoted me first based on what I had explained the problem was.
The office assistant was great and helpful even when I called a few times to make sure it was all coordinated okay with the tow truck etc.”
