We brought our car in one day to estimate the cost of repair. USA Collision ordered the part. We went in once the part was in the shop and they matched the paint. The third time we left the car for 1/2 day and when we picked it up, it looked "wow! Wonderful! They cleaned the inside and outside . Hovik even bought out the old part so I could see the difference . This place and Hovik is a 10+”

“I was looking for a body shop to repair my vehicle from a recent accident. After visiting several shops in the area, and inquiring about their repair procedures, I was dismayed to find that they all used "After Market" parts to make the repairs. Being that my vehicle was a Ford Escape in excellent condition that I planned on keeping for many years, the thought of a repair using cheap parts was discouraging. Then I visited Sam's Auto Body in Deer Valley and spoke with the owner Mark. He advised me that they only use factory parts when possible due to the poor quality and fitment of many after market components. I knew I had found the shop I wanted... I appreciated the fact that Mark took the time to track down and order the genuine Ford parts, many of which had to be sourced from dealers around the country, and took a few weeks to be delivered. I was also impressed by the technician ( I think his name was Bill) who did the reconstructive work. (Nothing like having years of experience to provide quality work.) When I picked up the car after the repair, I couldn't believe my eyes! The car looked like it had just been driven out of the dealers showroom. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the paint matching was flawless. I don't think I could have found a better Body Shop than this. Hopefully, I will not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, Sam's Auto Body will be my first stop! This is a true 5 star shop!”
