The kind man answered our call and was lightening fast in helping us get our spare on, enabling us to get back on the road to a local tire shop. Jim/ James not sure of your name. “Yvette was super sweet to work with and in the beginning gave frequent updates, which I appreciated. I didnt really know what I was doing and she guided me through filing my claim. Customer service is a rarity these days, so this is why I chose them for my collision repair. I'm grateful to have my car back looking almost as it did before the accident! Unless youre really looking, you cant tell I was rear ended. It did take some time, I waited just under 4 months to get it back, but well worth it. Great work! Thank you to Yvette and the team!”

“We were struggling with our solar system not charging. We contacted RV city and their technician Scotty , asked a few questions then told us to keep it simple he was sure it was something easy to fix but his schedule was booked for a couple days. We could not figure out what we were doing wrong Scotty arrived as scheduled, talked to us again showed us how to keep it simple he walked us thru a quick trouble shoot and discovered we had reversed polarity found it in 5 minutes!!! Scotty was awesome and made sure we understood what we did and how to prevent it in the future. Definitely will use him again for any of my RV needs.”
