“Had an issue here with a package not being delivered to a house that this USPS stated was vacant although someone frequents the area. I created a claim with USPS because I felt the situation was hopeless. Justin called the next day after filing the claim with USPS and handled the situation professionally along with offering an easy solution. Very happy with the package being held for pickup rather than returning to Ohio.
