They use active listening and assist cordially. Honestly, after this store, I have not been into a USPS store because this store is very customer friendly.”

“I really like the Sierra Vista Staples store largely because of the print center. The associates are nice and try to wait on several people at once, thereby keeping the line to the counter clear. There’s a highly knowledgeable employee, Mr Stoner, with excellent people skills. He’s there Mon-Fri 9 to 5.”

“I love SV Post Office. Yes, it is small, & there is often a wait if you go at the wrong time. But for 95% of my visits, the workers are polite, friendly, helpful, and often funny. That's hard to pull off when you deal with the public all day, answering the same questions all the time, while standing on your feet all day!”

“Had an issue here with a package not being delivered to a house that this USPS stated was vacant although someone frequents the area. I created a claim with USPS because I felt the situation was hopeless. Justin called the next day after filing the claim with USPS and handled the situation professionally along with offering an easy solution. Very happy with the package being held for pickup rather than returning to Ohio.
