Clean rooms. Bed was comfortable, pillows was flat. They had good smelling bar soap, also had shampoo. I felt like I might fall while in tub taking a shower. They had a small table to eat at, a table to put bags on. Was a decent size room. So glad they had a room, we had to check in way late.

Its a standard motel, all within expectations. If youre on a budget and passed by kingman, this is a solid choice. Personally havent experienced any negatives.

Room was very clean, nicely appointed, heater worked well, no weird odors, nicely remodeled. Safe.
