Boot Barn is a store that honors America's heritage with quality western and work gear. It offers a huge selection of all things western, including a beautiful selection of women's clothing like fancy jeans, belts, purses, and Idylwind soft T-shirts. There is also a big selection for guys, including jeans, belts, hats, and work wear. The store has a nice selection of boots, including fancy Idylwind boots, and working comfort boots for women. It provides top quality goods, though you won't find much on sale, but they do offer a Veteran's discount. Customer experiences with service vary. Many find the staff super helpful, friendly, and ready to assist without pressure, creating a relaxed shopping experience. They are available to help resolve issues. However, some visits find the service not so good, with employees not engaging on the floor. The store is focused on clothing and boots, with no tack, and some feel it is kinda small with limited traditional western hat styles for women. Overall, it is considered a super duper store with a great selection for spoiling yourself with quality products.
