Their customers service is so rude. When you have a claim they treat you like a you are doing something wrong.they have the worst customer service ever.

Absolutely the worse bank in Kingman. I've had a business account opened in Vegas, but the branch here is rude and service friendly. Virtually impossible to get service let alone appointments. Go to Wells Fargo LW
