“Absolutely one of them best decisions I've ever made was switching to Arizona Financial CU in Kingman Arizona
My experience from day 1 was quite impressive
Paris was my 1st point of contact..
ThisYouug Gal is on top of her game so to speak
Changing Financial business is grueling to say the least..Even moreso when your getting up in years
I do not wish to slam any other experiences with banks
However..When you you cash out a Certificate of Deposit and request the funds be sent in the mail only to find out it was placed in a regular mail envelope and left for the mail carrier to pick up
And was SOMEHOW lost Absolutely no tracking whatsoever
And then they blamed me the Customer who was residing in Wyoming TEMPORARILY Taking care of medical issues!!
That was far and above a
CYA move I was livid
Then said BANKING INSTITUTION explains I have to wait 90 days to reissue.
Then Belittled for not choosing to have the funds wire transferred!
Absolutely unacceptable
Rude would be an understatement
Outlandish at the very least
Upon contacting the local Kingman Postmaster
I learned all out going mail is photographed
Same as incoming such as informed delivery..
It was discovered that the regular mail envelope never went through the POST OFFICE!!
Yet the employee's still stood by and blamed me..
Excuse me!!
No! It was not my fault! Why should I wait 90 days ? It was the Bank Managers responsibility to get those funds back to me.. Immediately
Nope they refused
I had to take the issue up to higher management..
They had the funds wired within a week!
I'll be perfectly honest
This is the general attitude with FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS..
THEY'RE TRAINED TO NEVER ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CREDIT UNION & WHAT I CALL A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION..
