“Absolutely one of them best decisions I've ever made was switching to Arizona Financial CU in Kingman Arizona My experience from day 1 was quite impressive Paris was my 1st point of contact.. ThisYouug Gal is on top of her game so to speak Changing Financial business is grueling to say the least..Even moreso when your getting up in years I do not wish to slam any other experiences with banks However..When you you cash out a Certificate of Deposit and request the funds be sent in the mail only to find out it was placed in a regular mail envelope and left for the mail carrier to pick up And was SOMEHOW lost Absolutely no tracking whatsoever And then they blamed me the Customer who was residing in Wyoming TEMPORARILY Taking care of medical issues!! That was far and above a CYA move I was livid Then said BANKING INSTITUTION explains I have to wait 90 days to reissue. Then Belittled for not choosing to have the funds wire transferred! Absolutely unacceptable Rude would be an understatement Outlandish at the very least Upon contacting the local Kingman Postmaster I learned all out going mail is photographed Same as incoming such as informed delivery.. It was discovered that the regular mail envelope never went through the POST OFFICE!! Yet the employee's still stood by and blamed me.. Excuse me!! No! It was not my fault! Why should I wait 90 days ? It was the Bank Managers responsibility to get those funds back to me.. Immediately Nope they refused I had to take the issue up to higher management.. They had the funds wired within a week! I'll be perfectly honest This is the general attitude with FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS.. THEY'RE TRAINED TO NEVER ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CREDIT UNION & WHAT I CALL A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.. With that being stated I wish to encourage you to take a moment..Drop by Arizona Financial Credit Union They're a sweet breath of fresh air. Or a long cool glass of Water on a hot day..No hype This isn't a paid for advertising post Real Person with 20 years Real Estate background who went into Mortgage Lending That's another Hornets Nest🫣 Buyers beware Use a Credit Union for mortgages Check ✔ the BOX where you can request your loan not to be bought out in an INVESTOR SCOOPING UP BUSINESS.. “Before I went to this branch I looked at some of the reviews on Yelp they weren't very good, after talking to Anita on the phone I went through and open an account they told me they were dog friendly everybody was really super nice I went to talk to Grace she was so helpful and very accommodating I cannot see enough about this branch I am so happy I went there to open the checking account they loved my dogs my dogs love them. Such a great bunch of ladies”

We literally tried 3 other banks in the immediate area just to open a bank acct, for one reason or another each bank didn't have time or needed an appointment! We remembered that long ago we had a PNC acct and should obviously just go there, Emily made it quick and easy!! Thanks again PNC for being reliable! Looking to do our larger investments they seem more than competitive and reasonable. The CD's are at 4% and there a more flexible 3.5% option as well.”

The staff at National Bank of Arizona in Kingman were attentive and professional in offering remedies to the situation. 3 days later after receiving the refund of that initial withdrawal the staff graciously refunded the insufficient fund charges. National Bank of Arizona gives excellent customer service.”

“Wells Fargo rocks! Seriously. I have banked with Wells Fargo for YEARS. (I opened my account at the Headquarters on Montgomery Street in San Francisco and have been to numerous locations. Always excellent service).Just now I realized I had no cash, so I was going to use the ATM at this location, but for a moment I couldn't remember my password, so I went to a teller. Her name is Tessa, and like so many other Wells Fargo employees I have encountered over the years, she is amazing! I got the cash I needed. I also got a tip about the newer ATMs that I didn't know. I also saw another example of great customer serviceI don't have a lot of money. I don't go into the bank very often. It is comforting though to know that Wells Fargo is taking good care of me!”

“This is a great bank. I was able to open an account during the most unsettling days of the CV-19 virus in 2020. I had to make an on line appointment, but the manager made herself available and gave me any assistance I needed to open the account. From the security guard to the tellers, this bank employs some of the most courteous people in America. Everyone is willing to help you and go the extra mile if you have a question or concern. In busy times, you may have to stand in line for a few extra minutes, but that is becoming the case with most business today. I've also used the 800 # when I was doing some on line checking of my accounts and saw a suspicious charge on my account. I saw this at like 2 am one day, but real people do answer the phone. I stated my concern, the rep told me have to wait until 7 am weekday, when all the posting is updated. I followed up and it had been removed from my statement. Thank you”
