“Stoped in randomly to have some paper work notarized. I am from out of state and knew no one in the area. A young woman named Joanna was so helpfull. She notarized my paperwork and was extremely professional. I expected to pay for tis service and they did it for free! Great customer service!!”
“Never answers the phone, there's no way to wait on hold, leave a voice mail, or ask for a call back. I've been trying to call to speak with someone for 2 days and no one picks up.
Editing my review because once you actually get in the bank, the workers are super friendly and helpful. It would just be nice to know what is needed before having to drive there.”
