The customer service is beyond fantastic, the stock provides excellent choices and the atmosphere in the store is so pleasant. It's obvious both customers and staff are enjoying this place. I found this store when I purchased a Water Boss softener online and was directed here to pick it up. I am now in the store every week to shop for all of my hardware needs.”

“Was recently to the Lake Havasu location where I saw a customer get very poorly treated over an item that was supposed to be on clearance that they falsely claimed and then did not lower the price and I saw a manager holler at a customer I then visited the Kingman location where people care and are extremely honorable and nice and try to do the best they possibly can which means going the long mile for the customer because that's what they're there to do five stars all day long to the people who are not only professional but where their heart on their sleeve and treat everyone like family”
“Been going to Harbor Freight for a while now. This location seems very well stocked and the store feels larger than most of the Harbor Freights i've been to. Their cheaper tools work just fine if you don't really use the tool frequently. Most of their hand tools have a lifetime warranty, so if you encounter a problem with their tools simply bring it back and they will give you a new one, no questions asked. I know this because the gears on my 1/4 inch ratchet started to seize up. ??”
