“I have always had a good experience in this store since we moved to Kingman, my last few visits I ask for Samantha (with a daughter, I don't know her last name) she is a fountain of knowledge about phone technology this 73 year old has no grasp on. Plus she's kind, patient and doesn't look through seniors like most young people do. Thank You Sam ?”

“It was time to upgrade the iPhone 10. Being a customer with Cricket for years it was a simple decision to shop at Cricket for the upgrade.
Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by NICOLE. Her smile and welcoming personality was immediately evident. After checking what was available and fitting our budget the phone was ordered. When received we returned to the store (waiting a couple days until Nicole was working) to transfer apps pictures etc. Nicole accomplished this effortlessly and quickly!

“Long time customer of this store. Broke my phone last week and had to come in to replace it. Employee showed me a few phones in my price range and explained the rates and what was covered under that rate. Got the new Galaxy and they got it set up for me pretty quickly. “When in there and signed up for the satellite T-Mobile because I'm always out traveling across the country is only for 10 bucks more and I tell you what when the mountain started blocking then my satellite signal picked up it works really good for snowbird”
