“Excellent service!! Angie was the best!!! She is friendly, Helpful, and very knowledgeable! I am so thankful that she was there and got us through our phone drama. What a super employee! Plus the gentleman that was working with her the day that we went in was also awesome because he kept up with everything as well,. I cannot say enough good things about this team and this Verizon store. I stopped at the other one on Stock And was disappointed. Just threw the dice and was hoping this store could help us in the absolutely did. Up way above and beyond expectation. Thank you so much.”

“It was time to upgrade the iPhone 10. Being a customer with Cricket for years it was a simple decision to shop at Cricket for the upgrade. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by NICOLE. Her smile and welcoming personality was immediately evident. After checking what was available and fitting our budget the phone was ordered. When received we returned to the store (waiting a couple days until Nicole was working) to transfer apps pictures etc. Nicole accomplished this effortlessly and quickly! Bottom line Nicole thank you for your professionalism and exceptional customer service.”
