Dirty and unkempt rooms, they don't even look under the beds, the entrance door doesn't work and anyone can enter.

Just okay. There's a lot to be said about how it smelled clean enough and not like a meth house. The desk staff was nice and breakfast was small but good

Good price. Cleanliness so-so. Neighbor noise loud. Security not great... back door ajar no card key access.
