“My family and I were traveling in an EV from Phoenix to Vegas and ran out of battery power on the side of the highway. Mike's crew came right out to help. The first driver could not access the battery to jump the vehicle enough to put it in neutral and tow it. The driver called the office and Mike himself came out! Mike helped gain access to the battery and ensured that my family was all safe getting towed back to the charging station. There happend to be some other drivers at the charging station as well and they helped get the car powered enough to be able to charge. The whole team is wonderful and I would reccommend them to anyone in need of an emergency tow. Excellent job guys and thanks so much for your help!”

“I recently took my 2013 Ford Escape to American Fleet after noticing a fluid leak, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Mike Hixson at the service desk got me in right away, quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part, which was installed the very next morning in under an hour.
During the inspection, the technician also noticed an oil leak that signaled a potential turbo issue. Mike, the owner, took the time to go over the cost, explain the situation in detail, and let me know what to watch for to prevent further engine damage. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave to addressing my concerns.
