While the roads within the facility have some issues, the staff is highly praised for their quick and caring assistance, especially for a customer who was stressed and traveling alone. So grateful to their staff. I (stupidly) got myself stuck in a small parking lot in Kingsman and they helped out, quickly, no questions asked. As a women traveling from out of state alone, caring for my animals, and already so stressed out, this was so immensely appreciated. Thank you!
