Watch out for rentals without unlimited mileage, they charge you $35 plus $0.40 per mile. A one-way rental from Havasu to Phoenix was quoted to me at $44 at the reservation time, then re-quoted as $84 when I picked up the car, and then $148.00 when they charged my credit card. Then gas and an Uber to get to them. It would have been easier to get an Uber all the way to Phoenix.”
