The lady working the counter is the saving grace for Fedex. She is very nice, genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to get actual status and get the package to you. Employees are always extremely courteous, professional and very helpful. The store is always neat and tidy and you can get all your shipping products here. Fantastic service and many large heavy packages and offering extra care for a fragile box and sent packages right away so it arrived right when she said it would. A 5 star rating is definitely.

The lady working the counter (as of 2/17/25) is the saving grace for me for Fedex. I had a nightmare shipment that nobody knew where it was but she was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to get actual status and get the package to me.
