“God this town needs more stores like this. Yeah I know.....I know....."Go back to CA if you don't like it." ALL I know is this store is the only place in the entire town to sell unique pickled food liek asparagus or brussel sprouts. They carry unique mustards and mayo's too. The oil is good. I love the rosemary olive oil to use with my steaks in cast iron. The people who work here have all been sweet. I will say, it would be cool if you guys kept the punch cards for customers who lose them the minute they leave the store, in a little drawer with a rubber band around them, so I can keep it on site...my nail place does this for me and it's been such a nice perk. Love the new location, easy to access. Very much a high quality store in Havasu. We need more like this.”

“I get some items/products at Basha's. I like the concept of the company. CONS: there is no other grocery store near this one so it has not closed yet. People would tolerate the (I don't care) customer service (of most employees esp. the check out) of this place because they do not want to drive all the way to the other grocery stores. I put up with it but they have no idea what I am thinking when I do. I see some self check-out machines soon. PROS: bakery always helpful; they sell house made buttercream frosting too. Pie crust and Food Club chocolate chips (for baking) are always on sale. Produce fresh from Arizona. They have bean sprouts. Store sells milk in glass bottles/return deposit. Avocado & blueberries always on sale. We like the store brand corn (taco size) tortillas. Updated from 1 ? to 4 june 16 2020. “It all depends on which one you go to. Some are less expensive than others and its hit or miss with the clerks attitude. So far, I haven't had any issues about not wearing a COVID mask. Enjoy your shopping.”

“Being part of the Kroger group of pharmacies, I used Smith's multiple times while staying in the Lake Havasu City, AZ area. Even though they were really busy both times I visited them, the customer service was top notch and I will definitely go there again. If you see long lines for the pharmacy don't be discouraged, they are very curtious & efficient at taking care of their customers.”

“I broke my hip at work I could not pay my bill for three months they held my stuff for me of course they put a lock on it but they did not try to sell my stuff they held it for me to very nice people the place is clean somebody had put some cigarette but that’s not my unit they went and picked them up I mean the place is very clean I’ve had no complaints about these people they’re very good people they’re a little hard to get a hold of sometimes they have some hours that they leaving early afternoon but other than that they are very good people”
