He was very nice, professional, knew his business, the electronics & helped me solved the problem! I had gotten a lemon phone & could not get it replaced by the original company because I hadn’t had my phone for 1 year so the warranty was zilch… Ezra did all he could to help me, took his time & explain everything & he did a very professional great job!
