He was very nice, professional, knew his business, the electronics & helped me solved the problem! I had gotten a lemon phone & could not get it replaced by the original company because I hadn’t had my phone for 1 year so the warranty was zilch… Ezra did all he could to help me, took his time & explain everything & he did a very professional great job! “The wife and I have had a few bad experiences when it has came time to actually upgrade and exchange cell phones. last night was DIFFERENT! Usually you get to wait possibly 30 to 40min before some one has time to help you or even acknowledges that you are in the store. Jon emiditly greated us even though he was with another customer,quickly scanned the room and handed that customer off to another associate and emiditly got to helping us.
WE went down to trade in on a deal with our old phones to upgrade but our phones were to old but after a brief conference with his uppermanagment Jon found a better solution which Iwas going to be needing done in the next few weeks any way saving me money and time .. totally unexpected. More outvof pocket on site then originally planned but worth it in the end Jon and his manager at the store by food city in havasu now what ther doing. SAVED ME A BUNDLE”
