“Had a blowout on a lonely stretch of US 49 just south of Needles and hooked up with the company through AAA Emergency Road Service. While AAA's communication left a lot to be desired, everything was handled properly and professionally after I reached out to A Toe Truck directly. The dispatchers worked to pinpoint our location and Victor got us off the side of the road, dropped the vehicle at the repair shop we identified and got us to our hotel for the night. A great experience under the circumstances!”

“On january 10 2026 we were broke down in lake Havasu the gentleman that toad us gave us some great information. He recommended a hotel and a mechanic within 2 days. We were on the road only because if there was no mechanic open on Sunday.

“I can't speak highly enough of Benny Jr. We got a flat tire on our trailer last Sunday and he was the only one who was willing to help us out. It was 115 degrees and he worked in the hot sun to replace the tire and get us on our way On top of that he has a great attitude and a father who is proud of his kids.”

“My husband and I recently followed our map guidance system down a very long and unpaved road that eventually turned into a wash where we got stuck in sand and small rocks. We were not planning on taking any unpaved roads but this sort of persistence teaches good life lessons! Having rushed to clean the car before our outing, I had forgotten to replace our emergency water...and we happened to get stuck right in the middle of the hottest time of the day and where there was no shade that you didn't have to squat to get under...and we were already thirsty before sinking our tires into that blazing hot sand, in fact we were trying to get to a gas station for refreshments. Had it not been stormy a few days prior, my husband thinks we might have been able to make it, but the storm washed out the last mile of an already faint path...so after trying and trying unsuccessfully to free the car, my phone overheated and shut down and we started feeling overheated ourselves! enough to give in to hiking a mile out to the closest main road to beg for water from 2 passing truckers, then we gave in to calling for help when my husband was able to catch a cell signal. The first tow company be reached out to could not reach us until the following day, even after learning the severity of our situation. And the price? It was downright disgusting! Plus, we were told that we wouldn't be bothered with at all that day...we tried again though, and this time we were blessed enough to get a very helpful and patient dispatcher from this company, who understood the dangers of us being stuck out under that blazing 115°F sun. We were quoted half the price of the first place and we got amazing help in less than an hour - with cold water and two helpful, down to earth, just totally awesome and knowledgeable guys. They got us unstuck within minutes, and even cared enough to guide us back to a safe route of exit before sending us on our way. We are so thankful to all of the team that helped us that day! We will not travel without water again and we will better check the settings of guidance system much sooner if things start to look funny. Its too bad there aren't more companies out there that exist just like this...real, honest, caring people, providing a respectful service, and for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again for the help! Hopefully we won't be requesting their services any time soon, but we will only use and recommend them.”

After going to a bunch of places that couldn’t help me I arrived at Busy B where Shannon was able to do in 2 minutes! what the other places took 30 minutes to do, only to not be able to complete the job! But Shannon was not only faster but got the job done and saved our trip!! Next time I have n issue I’ll save all the time and go to Busy B 1st! If I have any issue! Very thankful! “We have the membership, and got to use unfortunately this weekend at Havasu. Called and was sent Captain Kevin. Arrived within 20 minutes. I was in amazement of his skills!!!! He found us. Towed us into site six, dropped me off to get trailer and assisted getting the boat onto the trailer.
