“Had a great experience here on 19th Ave. and baseline with Simon, he helped me out because this was my first time here, hooked me up with some clean seats! The crew on the floor took care of my truck, and just took over a hour which is not bad at all because it was pretty busy! I really appreciate Simon checking on us throughout our waiting service. “This is the best car wash on the West Side by Raceway 67th Avenue don't do as good and 51st Avenue they're doing a terrible job but 83rd and Encanto is my favorite place because Hector seems to be doing a great job there and it's been like that for quite a while so I recommend 83rd and Encanto if you want your car wash with everything that works keep up the good work Hector”

“It's thorough and reasonably priced. They provide absolutely everything you need to clean your car.
They used to have dash wipes and air fresheners out freely for customers to take but I can only imagine that people took more than their fair share. Now the attendant hands them to you but it's a nice extra gesture.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their website. They're trying to make money on the memberships but it's impossible to even look at the plans without a bunch of pop ups and other offers. It's hard to navigate the site altogether.”

“The owner of this place is super friendly and nice. I have met him a couple of times and just because I was a patron he thanked me for my business. You don’t see that much anymore and it means a lot to me to know that my business is appreciated. He always seems to be present and is grateful for the business. Glad to have a touch less car wash close to my home. I have 2 black cars and it always gets it clean and this is the only place I take my cars. The vending machines have very affordable priced cleaning supplies and are exactly what you need to get your car spotless. The vacuums even get the pet hair out of the carpet! Great car wash, great customer service! Definitely recommend taking you car here!”

Juan Carlos did am excellent job and very friendly. If your willing to pay to get your car wash definitely recommend, don't take it to a car wash and get your paint scratched.”

“Brought my lifted truck here to self serve wash since other drive throughs catch onto my trucks accessories, this place is big & clean, i can tell its well maintinenced and gots really all that you need from what i could tell, even takes electronic payments , i rate this place 5 stars for sure EZ.ppl tht leave 1 stars cause they're cars dont get pefrfectly washed should get out and clean it themself.”
“I drove cross country and my car was extra dirty (lots of bugs on the front grill and windows). I wasn’t satisfied with my wash, so Richard (I think he’s a manager or assistant manager) looked at my car and allowed me to go through the car wash again. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely recommend them.”

“Their vacuums really suck! In the best way possible for a self service car wash. ? The vacuums and clean towels for wipe down were great. I think they may need to adjust the blowers at end of the wash as my truck had excess water in many places. Other than the blowers and gal trying to upsell me for membership, overall, the facility is nice.”

“Place did a good enough job, but doesn't do good on tires and wheels or bugs on front of car. They have free vacuums and towels to dry your car streak free, which is great. No other car washes that do a better job in the area.”
