“I recently visited Quick Quack Car Wash, and overall, it was a really solid experience! From the moment I pulled onto the property, I was super impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything looked. The grounds and landscaping were completely spotless with zero trash lying around, and all the garbage cans were emptied out. Over in the vacuum section, everything was kept up real nice, and every station I checked worked just like it was supposed to. You can tell the team takes real pride in keeping the lot looking sharp—when the line cleared up, I even saw an employee out there with a leaf blower making sure the pavement stayed clean.
The customer service here is fantastic. When I drove up to the entrance, there were no cars ahead of me, and the cashier was already standing outside, ready to go. He greeted me right away with a warm, friendly smile and walked me through the different car wash packages they offer. He even asked if I wanted some dash wipes, which was a nice touch! When I gave him a little pushback on making a purchase, he handled my objection in a super polite, positive way without being pushy at all.
The wash tunnel itself was super clean from top to bottom—no grime or soap buildup on the equipment or walls, and all the machines were running smoothly. Right before going in, a very upbeat team member with a blonde ponytail waved me in with big, open arms and gave the car a thorough pre-spray. She was super friendly, and after the wash, she was right back out on the floor greeting customers and keeping the area tidy.
The wash performance was decent, though it could’ve been just a little bit better on the tough spots. There was still a bit of tree sap and bird residue left on the hood afterward, and the tires still had some leftover grime on them that took a bit of extra scrubbing on my end to get a good shine. Even so, between the awesome staff and the spotless facility, it’s a great, convenient spot for a quick wash!”

“I've got a subscription with another car wash company, but ONLY because there is no F&S between my home and office drive. Otherwise, I drive out of my way come here. The wash is far better than the subscription service I have at CF, with a pre-wet, and thorough wash AND rinse. I have not run across any non-functioning equipment and there is plenty of space to find a spot to dry your wheels off.
The only issue I have found is the purchasing side - for some reason I always had a problem paying - until I received assistance from EVAN, who let me know their dash reader was trying to process my label from my subscription service. He instructed me to cover the label and there would be no issues going forward - VOILA! Issue fixed.
I want to give a special shout out to Evan for his patient assistance, and especially his excellent customer service, friendliness, and smile.”
“My experience here at superstar car wash wasn't the best yesterday when shift manager Donavon didn't proceed with the proper customer service to getting my car situated when my tail light cover was broken by their equipment. But the following day Shift manager Chad had helped me to the fullest extent an had gotten me the help needed. While the one-time price is on the higher side, the exceptional amenities—including complimentary vacuums, air guns, and easily accessible cleaning towels with a convenient return system—add significant value. The wash process itself was thorough and effective, and based on this quality, I am considering returning to take advantage of their monthly promotional offers.”
