“This area has lots of variety. Food City is here, Subway, AutoZone, Filiberto’s, La Carreta De Lily, Church’s Chicken, Jack in the box, Jiffy Lube, a dentist office, a barber, and Bob’s Vape & Smoke Shop.”

“I like this little corner of Phoenix, I'm just not sure why it's not a little busier. Nearby apartments, EoS, and medical students... but for some reason it always seems like a quiet place. A handful of restaurants right in the center of Phoenix. I also like the outdoor fire pit!”

“Went in on a walk in with a painful leg/ankle, receptionist helped me right away. Saw Dr. Within 15 minutes, exam and x-rays quickly, left with the news that I broke my ankle. Sporting a walking boot and crutches. All told visit was about an hour. ??”

“I love this Costco. They have a variety of options, sometimes it can get a little bit packed, but hey, that’s all Costco’s. The staff is pretty great about assisting everyone. The samples are always out mid morning / day and they are always fresh and tasteful! The food is good and the catering is even better!”

“It used to have great produce, but now just avg. Prepackaged and it spoils very fast after getting home. Their deli/restaurant area still serves great inexpensive prepared meals.”

“Actually I was at my doctors clinic. Its and ok clinic. Only problem is a lot of the times you get a different doctor. But its a low income clinic, and thats what happens, they move on. I had Dr Shropshire for 3 yrs, then she passed away. Longest I have ever had the same Doc there.”

A historic building itself, DS mall has a plentiful variety of food: Flaming Wok (Chinese and LOTS of food) Gus’s Pizza (good solid pizza) Soul Kitchen, Salvadorian, Mexican seafood. Next, Mercado de los cielos has from tacos to ceviche to wings to a Carreta de Lily (5 or so in total) and of course Wetzel Pretzels, cinnabon, etc The stores are pretty well kept for the majority of time and theres childrens clothes, KMOMO, Victoria’s Secret PINK, Burlingtons, and quinceñera shop. Definitely a family oriented place!”
