“My lady loves this place, from the break to the cheese Fry's to the steaks to the drinks, she is ecstatic whenever we go here. Portions are generally huge so I just let her order all that she thinks she can eat and when she stops after a couple cheese Fry's and starts talking about a box, I then make my move and ask for some usually ending up with a 3 course meal untouched”

“There is a water and Ice /snackbar , like business here that has everything a snackbar has like a original ballpark Nachos, plenty of ventage candy and a icream pollar and more the only thing missing is the baseball field but they still manage to knock it out of the park with there famous bannasplit icecream . Check it out and give them your support bring the kids for snowcones or bring the wife and split a bananaSplit together These oldschool type of businesses are disappearing and if that happens we all loose something that could been shared with your family :)”

“Went to Panera bread and, as usual, was disappointed. Sandwiches are overpriced, with little or no meat. Too much bread. The little bowl of soup isn't worth the price you pay. I go there only because a "happy wife equals a happy life." She enjoys the food. I'd people were to stop buying there, I wonder if they would lower the prices?”

“Super busy plaza right off the highway. Luckily though there's plenty of parking but wowzers- so many people and cars there. They have a Walmart there, but beware very crowded and long lines the last time I went. At this plaza, there is also a dollar store, and I saw some places stop for a quick bite like a donut shop and Panda Express. There's also a furniture store here. It's nice that there's everything here, but I would reccomend certainly coming later during the day or just early morning to avoid the rush hour here.”

“The Frys Sushi chef is awesome! Love their exceeds expectations for shop in grocery store sushi. He should have his own restraunt. Good chef. Delicious and fresh, Always! Decent price, can't beat it. A fraction of the cost it would be if ya went dine in. Still beautiful and presentation in clear see through carry out packages. Very friendly. A treasure is here if you like fresh sushi.”

“I wonder if many people walk right by the entrance on their jaunt down Mill Ave and don't realize the eclectic shopping experience being missed out on.I highlighted the entrance in green in the photo from the other side of Mill Ave. It's a little North of the NW corner of Mill and 5th St.As an aside, I used to get inexpensive accessories in a shop that was here in 1988 on the second floor.”

“How do you rate a strip mall? I would say, if there's plenty of parking, it's easy to get in and out of, a decent variety of stores, and at least one fast food joint, it checks all the boxes. And by golly, Broadway Marketplace checks all the boxes!”

“Not too crowded.Update: The location was very clean and organized. Items were neatly stacked and sorted in the correct category. It was not the same the first time I went. I will chalk it up to it being the holiday season. This time, everything was much better. Will be coming back.”

“Certain things are stacked under the wrong signs, so you won’t know that things are way more expensive than the sign says until you go to checkout. But they had a decent selection of clearance items priced very fairly. Only spent $25 on 3 items ?”

“My husband needed some stacked jeans for a 70's themed party we were attending. He would usually never wear jeans like that but this place was recommended and it wasn't too bad. I walked in and there were 3 employees behind the register and none greeted me although I was the only person in there. I then looked around at the store which in my opinion was majority jeans so I knew they mostly like had what I needed. An employee by the name of Rezaldo (if I remember correctly) came over and educated me on all the stacked jeans. Different products, sizes and lengths. He was really a savior. I had my husband on FaceTime and he could see that my husband was on duty (Phx PD) and he immediately thanked him for his service, which I thought was very nice of him. The store is really pricey but their return policy is crap but if this is your style, it's the place to shop at. Very clean and put together well.”
“There’s something for everyone here! If you want a day of shopping, dining and entertainment… This is a one-stop-shop! The buildings are all kept clean and new looking. I feel very safe when I’m visiting the Marketplace. There is such a wide variety of restaurants, that’s it’s almost hard to choose! There are plenty of parking spots and well-lit areas. I highly recommend spending a day here or a fun night out!”
