“Took our van in for a routine tire balancing and rotation.
It was super easy to book the appointment online with less than a days notice.
Dropped van off a few minutes before my appointment.
The agent was very polite and courteous. He asked if I was going to wait in the lobby till the balancing and rotation was complete and I said I will go for a walk.
I asked how long will it approximately take and he told me 45 minutes and that they would text me when ready.
So I left for my walk and returned in 45 minutes and the van was ready to pick up as promised.
The best part is that the tires were originally purchased there so the balancing and rotation was all done at no charge.
How can you beat that!!!
I will definitely go back to purchase my next set of tires from them due to their amazing customer service.

“Life saver! I pulled in the lot here to go in and just get some info . When I went back to my car my battery was dead and my car wouldn’t start. It was pouring rain and storming. Two of the mechanics saw I needed help and they lent me their battery jump starter. The one dude even walked out into the rain and puddles to hook it up while I started my car and got it running. They went out of their way to help me with my car when I wasn’t even a paying customer that day.
