“My husband went to pick out a new tree to replace the one in the front yard and Mike was extremely helpful. We didn't know what kind of tree the old one was, but Mike knew just by looking at the picture. We opted for delivery and Mike delivered the tree and even carried it to a temporary holding place for us. The customer service was excellent! Definitely recommend!”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with A-1 Materials. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Scheduling delivery was incredibly easy, and their team was flexible and accommodating with timing. Their customer service was top-notch! Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The delivery itself was right on time and handled with care and professionalism. The quality of the rock exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was very fair compared to other options I looked at. It’s rare to find a company that nails great pricing, outstanding service, and reliable delivery all at once, but they absolutely did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing rock. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!”

“I’ve bought a couple tractors and lots of implements from Darrel Lewis in sales and it’s been a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, fair pricing (as fair is John Deere green can be). Parts staff is also great. Haven’t had a service event yet but I am sure they are well trained and capable. I highly recommend Stotz!”

“I have always had pleasant interactions at this store. Today was another wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mark White at store 0453 on Peoria and 92 ave. I was having issues with a painting job, and he not only gave me great advice, but showed me some paints on sale that would work for me. While he was helping me, another gentleman pointed to him and told me that he's really good.Another great experience at the store !”

“My husband and I renovated the kitchen of our new house and bought Hampton Bay cabinets from HD and Adriana, a young woman who works at this store, was hands down one of the most professional and competent people I have ever worked with. She followed up via email to check in (just because!!), we had a cabinet arrive damaged and she made the return so easy for us, she followed up about other needs we may have. The store itself is good, no complaints, but it was Adriana who made the experience exceptional. She works in the kitchen/appliance area and I highly recommend asking for her!! She is amazing and will go far in all she does.”

“Major kudos to Home Depot for their home delivery service! Several times now I have needed a small thing--under $10--to fix something around the house. I can order it on Home Depot and have it delivered to my home within a day for free. I don't know how their business model supports this, but all I can say is that this is the best consumer bonus out there!”
