I've witnessed a few custom who came in upset and in a hurry, only to leave after they've been helped by the clerk with a big smile and at times joking and laughing. So nice to be treated as an actual person with ki dress, efficiency and knowledgeable personnals who represent the USPS well.”

“Smaller post office but less lines and waiting. Certain services aren't handled here (like overnight shipping) but you can get almost everything else done quickly.
Staff is nice and knowledgeable.
Limited parking but they aren't crazy busy. I've always been able to park.
I live in the area and this post office is my first choice for in person postal needs.”
“Mr. Bill… I recently brought my aunt here to mail off a few packages. We were helped by this really kind guy. She missed a few zip codes and he helped her retrieve those quickly. “My experience with Samantha today was above and beyond. My package was delivered to the parcel but we received the wrong key, so our package wasn't there. I called the local office and Samantha answered and helped me. She came out to find our package in another mailbox and delivered it to me. From the time I called, to the time she delivered our package was maybe less than 10 minutes. And she was so friendly. Thank you Samantha!”

I also want to compliment the USPS for the QR code tracking on my receipt! I just scan the code and my tracking information immediately appears! No more having to enter a long tracking number. Thanks!”

“Lines always move quickly and has a lobby open 24/7 with a self-service kiosk &after hours drop off bin. Only issue is with the drop box currently being out of order and the ambiguity about whether after-hours shippers should use the letter box drop instead (for small enough packages). Will be calling during operation hours to confirm.”
