Even though I did not have an appointment, Maryam, a banker, met with me immediately, photo copied my documents, and asked me to return Monday, allowing the Wells Fargo estate department time to review everything. This whole first visit was a quick 15 minutes. I returned on Monday and the account was opened after only this second visit! The branch manager Alejandro also stopped by to say hello - what a nice touch. My wife and I now intend to move our personal banking to this branch. It is so close to our home in Dove Mountain and these folks are so nice to deal with.”
