“I have only had good experiences with the people in Harrisbank. I have had at least 2 different tellers. They are always friendly and helpful. Today I looked online/888 number how to deposit a check from home-that was no help. I remembered a while ago my friend showed me she could deposit a check on her phone. Don't ask me why I went on my computer to see how to do it? So, I thought I would call the bank directly and spoke to Mary she let me know I could do it with my phone with the bank App. DUH! I cannot thank her enough, I did not have to waste time, gas. Thank you team for always providing such good service!”

“I recently visited this location. It was after hours and l utilized the ATM. The building and parking lot lighting wasn't on leaving the area pitch black. Additionally the vegetation surrounding the ATM wasn't trimmed. I felt this was an extremely unsafe visit.The next day l called the branch and expressed my concerns. The staff member l spoke with was extremely polite, understanding and highly receptive to my concerns.Later that day the branch manager called me and we spoke about my concerns. He advised that he concurred with my observations and assured me they would be addressed and rectified.I have not been back to this branch since, based solely out of geography, as I'm only on that side of town once a month, but I felt my concerns were genuinely received, and I felt that my opinion was valued by the staff. It is so refreshing in the post-pandemic world to experience genuine customer service Vs. the typical dismissive lip service.I look forward to revisiting this location in the future.”

“I scheduled an appointment on-line with a banker for assistance with a wire transfer. The banker, Rosemary, was very polite and extremely helpful. Not only did she address my wire transfer, but made changes to my account so I could do them myself going forward, plus made an introduction to the mortgage banker for another project. Great customer service!”

“To close my business account with B of A I went to the branch in Oro Valley. I was greeted by Linda Higuera in the front lobby. When she asked me, "How can I help you?" I replied showing her my bank statement, "I want to close my business account." Her response, "I can do that for you!" She immediately started the process of closing my account asking the expected questions "Why?" It took her four minutes to process the paperwork while she assited and recognized other customers without compromising the service she was providing me! I was amazed. She even recognized an elderly customer by name...he was surprised that she remembered him. Talk about big bank customer service. Linda is the best example of how big banks should provide customer service. While standing in line behind four other customers it took another 10 minutes to receive the balance from my account. Total time from car to car was less than 20 minutes. If you need to do business with B of A, Oro Valley is the branch I recommend! This is the only branch I will do B of A banking!”
