“Went to Chase Bank, big fees, not very nice. Went to WaFd because of the name. No fees, VERY nice people and found out about the name. Bank formed in 1917. Best bank around.”
“My husband and I went into the Thornydale Branch to do some banking. We worked with a wonderful young woman named Niki. She was just the best. She made the whole experience so fun. We felt heard and important. What could have been a real drag turned into fun. Her energy and kindness was just remarkable. We heard that she just moved to the Stone branch. We will go in and see her sometime!
We also have worked with Paula, the Thornydale branch manager. She was so kind and helpful. Pima Federal has some great people working for them!
One other exemplary employee is Olga who is now at the Oro Vslley branch. She, too has been so helpful.”

Eric Smith and Carrie Taliman were wonderful in assisting me to create the accounts, and then assisted with a large loan for a new parking lot! I was so relieved and pleased. Yesterday I met Angela, their teller, and Ian, another bank representative; they are all wonderful. “I have only had good experiences with the people in Harrisbank. I have had at least 2 different tellers. They are always friendly and helpful. Today I looked online/888 number how to deposit a check from home-that was no help. I remembered a while ago my friend showed me she could deposit a check on her phone. Don't ask me why I went on my computer to see how to do it? So, I thought I would call the bank directly and spoke to Mary she let me know I could do it with my phone with the bank App. DUH! I cannot thank her enough, I did not have to waste time, gas. Thank you team for always providing such good service!”

I told them what I needed and that I was not a customer. They reassured me that they were able to help. Aide did my notary and answered all of my questions.
