Got my online order just as expected and also got a battery check because Batteries plus was closed even though online they had made my appointment and taken payment for a new battery! So Derek confirmed the battery was pretty much dead as suspected and I ended up buying the battery there. Super helpful, went out of his way, helped me select the best options for the battery with information on why and what, everything. Love these people!! Totally recommend!”
