“This is an excellent business. The manager has a great relationship with his employees and it makes a difference. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. I visited the store to purchase a replacement battery and socket wrench expecting to swap out the old battery at home later, but the manager offered to swap it out on the spot. The whole process took about ten minutes and the manager and employee did a careful job. I trust these guys way more than the dealership.”

“This is the second time in a row that I have come to the Silverbell O’Reillys and left feeling like a valued customer. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Today, my daughter’s car would not start after practice so I had to get it jumpstarted and showed up to the store at about 9:45 PM looking to get a new battery. Not only did Daniel greet me with a smiling face, he took time to look through several phone numbers trying to find our warranty and even replaced the battery in the car for me. “Thank you Sean for helping me with my battery issue today. I was greeted twice when I came in. I needed my battery tested because my car was lagging when I started it. I originally went to Firestone in the same plaza because that's where my last battery was from. They were slammed and wanted me to leave my car all day with them. All I wanted was to have it tested. Anyway, I came in here and Sean tested within 5 minutes I had my answer that in fact it was a bad battery. I could have saved $30 going back to Firestone but it would have been a huge inconvenience and time suck. Sean had a new battery in my car and the whole process took maybe 15 minutes? The battery also came with a two-year warranty. He was very helpful, very friendly, and I am thankful he rescued me from having to spend all day at firestone.”

“I went into this location today to have a warranty done on my cellphone’s battery as I had a new battery put in my cellphone some time ago at another local location and the battery wasn’t showing a full charge since even when fully charged. Ryan, the Lead Technician kindly put a new battery in my phone and David the Store Manager assisted with the warranty. They both were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I 100% would recommend working with both of these kind gentlemen. Despite not working with any of the other staff at this location, I’m sure they too are wonderful at what they do, especially under David and Ryan’s leadership. Thanks an infinite amount.”

“I went here to get a new light for my headlight. I purchased the one recommended and asked for someone to put it in. The Asst. Mgr came out and tried to remove the gaslight that was out but could not do it. I had to leave and go to my mechanic at which time I found out it was the wrong light and the one I needed had to be ordered which he did. I returned the light to O'Reilly and was given refund. Everyone was friendly and courteous.”

“First impressions: Pretty big store inside for the size it is. This place is inside a shopping center on River/La Cholla. Staff: Friendly and no issues there. They were very accommodating and attentive. Cleanliness: For a parts store I was thoroughly surprised of how well kept the store was. Granted I wouldn't hold them on this to much, but pleasantly surprised nonetheless. Value: I think the overall money I spent for the two air filters were about $50 and some change. For what its worth I think that isn't to shabby of a deal, considering what a dealer would charge you for air filters let alone the labor that is involved as well. Recommendations: If you're looking for value and don't want to overspend on air filters, this place will help you find an affordable and decent deal. Thank you!”
