“The Fry's at Thornydale and Tangerine is my go to grocery store. You really have to use their shopping app to get their best prices, but if you do, they are competitively priced. The store is huge and employees are helpful. My only criticism would be to redesign the flow of the produce section. It's difficult to navigate the people and shopping carts.”
“Who ever was working the shift on Sunday March 29th 2026 around 4:30PM deserves a raise. She is such a genuinely kind and patient human being. We need more of her in this world.”
“I was in awe of the pharmacy today! I needed a prescription filled asap and they got it done for me. I so appreciate them! Thank you! They got me a prescription that other pharmacies don't have and ordered it for me! That's true caring! I feel blessed!”

“I’ve been using this Fry’s pharmacy location since Dec 19, 2024 and have never had an issue with getting my medications filled or refilled in a timely manner. I on two medications that my previous pharmacy frequently had difficulty obtaining and the same pharmacy was often so busy that new prescriptions (antibiotics especially) would not be filled until the next day, which is unacceptable for someone going through Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy which thankfully has now been completed. Last week my oncologist called in an antibiotic ~ 45-50 minutes before closing and the pharmacy had it filled and ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes after order received. Around 3 months ago when I had antibiotics ordered the pharmacy had them ready in 30 minutes. The staff members are always friendly, courteous and respectful. I always receive status updates etc via text messages. I use the pharmacy app to check on my prescription progress and to pay before pickup. I used the same pharmacy for decades, but changed to another pharmacy, because the location that I used continually failed to meet the standard of care that I expect and am accustomed to receiving. The other pharmacy's location which my insurance prefers is extremely busy and was often out of medications. Needless to say I am thrilled with Fry’s pharmacy. I started using them when Restasis eye drops were ordered. Fry’s had them in stock, my other pharmacy needed to order them and could not give me a time frame. I transferred all my prescriptions to Fry’s, but one and that’s because of insurance requirements.”
“It's getting better. Drive through used to be semi-rude and slower than a snail going uphill. Recent transactions have be cordial, quick, and efficient. Inside they are out of stock on many items.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for over 6 years. It is decent, most staff are courteous and competent; however, I have come across an occasional floater tech or Cashier that is there to ring up meds that have been rude. With regard to refilling an Rx - if you switch Dr's, and call in for a refill authorization with a prior Dr office the Dr will NOT approve it. I've accidentally done this with mine. The pharmacy does NOT know who your providers are. It is your due diligence as a patient to notify them of a change. If you need to know if your Rx insurance is accepted at a pharmacy - you can call the number on the back of your card FASTER than it takes to ask someone to run your insurance. With regard to someone saying they are a 'provider' and tried to bring back an incorrectly filled med (which is reportable to the Board) and they wouldn't take it back - you should know better that they are not allowed to take it back if you are indeed a prescribed. With regard to improperly filled meds, I have had it happen once and they have filled it with the correct one at a different location and instructed me how to dispose of the incorrect med.
All pharmacies are understaffed and over worked. The grass isn't always greener. Find the best/courteous team and be an advocate for yourself at the pharmacy and at dr's offices.”
“We shop and accumulate points to reduce the gas price. Simple. Usually an open pump when we approach. Using points easy and all goes well. There's some drinks and other gedunk available with cashier. Have at times made use of that.”
