“I had a great experience at Metro by T-Mobile in Maricopa, AZ. Carla and Philip were both very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me with my service request quickly and professionally.”
“Leah was extremely helpful today and is always who I prefer to go to anytime I have a question or issues with my phone. She fixed my issue today and was able to get a newer phone for only $6.50 extra a month.”
“Walked in with tears in my eyes because my phone was not working and have Alzheimers. Enter David, he helped me get my phone working again. I know nothing about phones, ao this was a great help. He was patient, understanding, and kind when i asked questions. He represents your company well and will recommend people come to the store and work with him. Does an amazing job with Senior Citizens, I hope you do something special for this young man whom deserves it!! Most sincerely,
Dr. Beth Marrow

His customer service skills were the best I’ve ever heard!!! Would 100% recommend Austin to anyone looking for a new phone or service. Thank you again Austin!”
